Setting up this new phone with my transmitter, for my health system has been challenging to say the least. I’m down to my last sensor my last transmitter and it is not going as I expected it would there is hope yet so far I am getting support from Dexcom Canada and they are walking me through the process and if nothing else they will replace what I don’t have anymore because this is the last sensor in the last transmitter that I’ve got, we will see how it goes.
All I know Dexcom has been very supportive of the process as a customer of Dexcom I would expect nothing less and her bottom line they make money off of my misery, so why not support the person who is in misery.
