How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
Head buzzing from too much screen time, just one more device to turn off.
I get headaches when I know my screen use has come to a head and I need a break. I have learned to mitigate this by doing more exercise, and walking most places I visit. It helps by making it difficult for me to focus on screens and instead on the world around me.
