How do you practice self-care?
Good morning friends,
I practice self-care by eating a favourite food, drinking coffee and reading as well and writing. Showers are another part of my daily. Oftentimes I’ll also vape my nicotine vape to replace the cigarette smoking I used to do as a promises to a friend.
Oh there are several different promises that I keep but that’s not as important as that they are kept and I’m happy with doing so. Self-care is about doing the things that are important to you which you do for yourself. Yes I keep promises for myself and others I care about and hope that they remember that I do but it doesn’t matter if they don’t.
