What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
Good morning friends.
Some of you may have heard about many of the ways I’ve dealt with my health over the years. There recently have been a few changes as recently as within the last two months. Based upon some research I did on cgm I’ve upgraded from the g6 to the g7 from Dexcom which brings the benefits of faster results although the g7 seem to suffer from being easier to lose with one having already fallen off.
In addition to dealing with my medication needs I’ve also made a habit of daily checks of my personal mental state. I’ve noticed that being aware of my feelings and emotions can positively impact how I am interacting with others so I’m trying to be aware and a better person with my self analysis.
Overall my strategy is to be aware of myself and how my levels are to ensure good mental and physical health. With all of this I’ve made a habit of exercising throughout the day in an effort to better how my body is and what it’s capable of accomplishing.
With the exercise there is an added benefit of both producing endorphins which make people feel better and my body is becoming more toned and it’s already starting to show in how I look in the mirror. I look a heck of a lot better than I used to all boney with little to no fat. Now I look and feel good.
