Good morning friends.

Today I get to learn how M’lady does her job. Doing tech support in the loosest sense of the term for my role in supporting her while she does her job remotely.

It’s definitely more complicated than what I expected. Getting student paperwork in order so they can go back to school. It’s a big job getting people funding to learn.

The nice part about the process is that the Canadian government has been very good about setting up a system for students to borrow money to complete educations. It’s just a bit of a bureaucratic process jumping through hoops.

I’m all for lifelong learning, so I definitely appreciate the work M’lady does. Helping people learn is a noble career.
