I know that if I meditate for some time, I come up from the practice more clear headed and focused on the next task. More focused on my goals that just so happen to align with M’lady’s goal to get more time with each other.

Thanks to some interesting experiences in the last 72 hours I’m now a psychologist approved support animal, it’s like the psychologist knew I’ve got a natural support nature built in when they met me. Or the collar already around my neck may have indicated that. I didn’t wear a tail to the meeting so that’s not what gave it away.
Life can be really interesting sometimes.
