Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?

Good morning friends.

In a given day, I divide my time thinking about the past and the future. I reflect on past mistakes and consider what not to do moving ahead. Yes, I know that this is a lot of thinking. It is mostly unnecessary. Yet, I do it to be prepared for the next thing that happens in the day or week.

It is best to be prepared for contingencies and random events that occur in life. We are currently in a live state. I believe that this mindset has been beneficial.
