Good morning friends.
Today I haven’t hit 5000 or 10000 but it isn’t about today it’s a regular activity for me to hit this achievement. Usually it’s the 10000 mark I aim for as I like to overachieve in my exercise.
I enjoy bringing my a game to being active on my feet. I really enjoy being active and doing things that improve my life and the lives of others. The walks were moving days for a friend and they got all moved in.
How active are you in your pursuit of health? Do you daily work to improve and grow or maintain what you have? I do. It’s simply maintenance of a healthy lifestyle mind and body. What is you goal for steps, I like to push to 15000 steps a day but that’s me.
