How do you express your gratitude?

There are several ways I’ve expressed my gratitude, all way to express it is depending on situation of gratitude.

For good service at a restaurant a warm thank you. In fact most situations in the vanilla world a warm thank you is plenty of how the vanilla world is, sometimes with gratitude’s included in the gesture.

It’s more how do I express gratitude in a kinky situation? Generally it’s common to kneel as a sign of submission as a thanks although it may not be understood that the kneeling is a thank you.
